Card for Ms. Shannon

This was the card Heath and I made for his pre-school teacher Ms. Shannon for teacher appreciation week. He loves his teacher so much and we had to make her a special little gift because he loves school so much now that she is there!

Bookmarks

This was just a little sample idea that I brought with me to a party to show people how easy it would be to do a little project with paper, stamps, ribbon and a rub on. I purchased the big paper clips at Wal Mart and made some really cute book marks...and who doesn't love M&M's? Very simple and the clients loved them!

More little projects

This was my card for card group last month...our theme was figure it out. We gave everyone the materials and they had to...figure it out! This was a really fun project and it was interesting to see what people did with the same materials. I should have taken pictures of everyone's materials and cards...very fun!
This was our challenge a couple of months ago - outside inspiration. I had just received this adorable purse from my mother-in-law, so I thought, why not make the card to match! Also very fun!
This was just a very simple card that I made for last card group. We are actually turning our card night in to a crop night once a month...so hopefully I will actually be able to post pages and projects now! Happy scrappin'!

Color Inspiration #39

This is my card for color inspiration #39 from kwernerdesign.com. I do not think that I would have put these colors together, so it really was a challenge for me. Thank you for making me think outside the box! I actually love the green galore but find it hard to use. Thanks for looking!

Color Challenge #38

This is for the kwernerdesign challenge color inspiration #38

I love the top note die and wanted to use my new "Love you much" bundle. In this project, I got to use my new stamps and the heart to heart punch from the bundle. I chose to use the rasberry tart DSP behind the tope note die as it brings out the rose red really well. I used the scallop punch to punch out the scallop on the pretty in pink paper and then used stampin' dimensionals to raise the die to give it more dimension. I popped up the two little hearts and the rose red hearts. I also love ribbon and try to add it to everything that I make for that little extra special touch. Hope that you enjoy the card. Thanks for looking!

I think that my hubby will enjoy getting this card for Valentine's Day!

Some past projects

This was one of the first cards that I did for a Stampin' Up party that I had at a friends house. I love the browns and greens together.
This was one of the cards that I made to swap at my very first Stampin' Up! convention this year. My friend Rachelle and I went together and had a blast. Will make more cards next year!
This was my first card with this stamp set. It is not usually my style, but I liked it once I finished it.
This was a calendar page that I did. Have not inserted pictures yet...but they will come!
